We currently only serve the US market.
By focusing on the US market, we are able to provide faster, more efficient delivery and excellent after-sales support.

What is our shipping cost?

For orders within the United States, we use UPS Express to provide shipping service. Each order is subject to a shipping fee of $5. The shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page.

If the order amount exceeds $100, shipping is free. We do not charge additional shipping tax.

How long does it take to process an order?

Our order processing time is 1-2 business days, starting from the moment you complete payment.

If your order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact Kandace Harvey by sending an email to [email protected]. We will check the latest status of your order and give you feedback within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed after 9:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.

What is our delivery time?

Our delivery time is 3-7 business days. Details are as follows:

– Shipping time is 2-5 business days.

How to cancel an order?

You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If it exceeds 30 minutes, you need to contact Kandace Harvey by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

How do we package our products?

Our folding bathtub products will be packed in thickened cartons. Packaging size: 33 × 22 × 8 in

The packaging contains a return label. You need to return the original packaging and return label when returning the product, so please do not throw away the original packaging within the return validity period.
