Payment process

Step 1: Choose the product

Browse our products to find your favorite folding bathtub. Click the “Add to Cart” button.

Step 2: View shopping cart

Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page to view the products and quantities you selected. Here you can update quantities or delete items. After confirming that everything is correct, click the “Checkout” button.

Step 3: Fill in the order information

On the checkout page, fill in your order details, including shipping address and contact information. Please make sure to provide accurate information so that we can successfully ship your item.

Step 4: Choose payment method

On the payment page, choose to pay with PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal page to enter your PayPal account information to complete the payment.

What should I do if my PayPal payment fails?

If you’re having trouble making a payment with PayPal, here are some suggestions and steps to help you resolve an unsuccessful payment:

1. Check your PayPal account balance: Make sure your PayPal account has enough balance to complete the payment.
2. Check account status: Make sure your PayPal account is not frozen or restricted. From time to time, PayPal may temporarily restrict payment capabilities for certain accounts due to security reasons. Log in to your PayPal account to check for notifications or alerts.
3. Contact PayPal customer service: If the problem persists, you can contact PayPal customer service.

Order Confirmation

Once you complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. We will process your order within 1-2 business days.

Cancel order

You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If it exceeds 30 minutes, you need to contact Kandace Harvey by sending an email to [email protected]┬áto cancel the order.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.
